Is it possible for you to customise one of the watches that I already own? No; we supply the completed watch, fully personalised to your requirements. < back to questions

How long will I have to wait for my customised watch to arrive? Bamford Watch Department offer a bespoke and highly individual service. We will always exceed your expectations and in order to ensure your personalised watch precisely meets your requirements we guarantee delivery between four to six weeks after taking your order. < back to questions

Will my watch come with the original manufacturer’s papers? All watches are pre-registered and are supplied with paperwork from the Bamford Watch Department’ (see below for warranty). < back to questions

Do you provide a warranty? The Bamford Watch Department provides you with a full two year warranty which supercedes any manufacturer’s warranty. < back to questions

Will the treatment wear off? ’The enhanced grade PVD process we use is permanent. However, any unforeseen damage can be easily repaired. < back to questions
